I have lived here for 4 years already and have seen the changes especially in the maintenance team. Before, I would get an issue resolved that did not require immediate attention within 72 hours max and an urgent issue resolved in a day. Now, I have to keep calling to remind them or they never come out. Every time I call all I get is "We haven't forgotten about you, they will be out to your apartment soon". Recently Ive had to put several requests in for my dryer as it was not drying at all, and
...there is condensation happening in the closet causing mold. They came and fixed the dryer and "killed" the mold days later after I called and then went in person to remind them. However, they completely ignored the fact that when the neighbor does their laundry, my entire house smells like laundry and when you open the dryer, it is completely went and hot (condensation issue!) This is not normal, and I am still waiting for them to come and fix this! Another thing is I called in an "emergency maintenance" request as my AC was leaking non-stop and I had puddles on my floor. I did not receive a call back, and they are supposed to respond as it is an emergency. I had to turn off my AC and go out and buy a fan to put in my 16 month old baby's room as he was sweating from the heat! This is ridiculous. No Baby should have to suffer and sweat all night because of the issue not be attended to. And a tenant should not have to go out and purchase a fan because there are no fans in the rooms and no one ever called back to come and take a look at the issue. There are maintenance workers who live on site, for crying out loud. Management needs to work on improving maintenance as these issues affect our daily lives and we are the ones who have to suffer.
