January 31, 2025Issue with the shower handle not addressed I put a maintenance request because the shower handle is so tight and stuck that I cannot open it. We were told that the shower does work and a team member tried to show us how to use it. He wasn’t able to open the water and validated it is not normal. After that, the maintenance request was reopened and the maintenance person showed us that the handle does work and that we are just not strong enough which is why we are struggling. We we’re told the ...building is very old which is why it cannot be fixed. I still cannot use the shower. This issue was dismissed and marked as completed with no communication about future work to fix it or solutions provided to us. Being able to the shower is very important to me. I hope Panorama Apartments is able to emphasize and understand that it is important to address this problem.Property Manager Responded

Avoid at all costs
September 2, 2024I regret living here. The management is aggressive, rude, and unresponsive. Elevators and amenities are constantly broken. The building has mold issues and poor heating. A major plumbing issue in my apartment (no fault of my own) severely damaged the wooden flooring and made the living conditions unsafe, but the management still has not fixed it 3 weeks later.Property Manager Responded

Don’t let the pretty views fool you
November 15, 2021We were stunned when we saw the gorgeous view of Lake Union and the massive apartment (one of the penthouses). It was so much bigger than the other apartments in the newly built buildings we had looked at. At first we didn’t mind the thin walls and doors, the slightly shabby elevators, the janky electrical, the old heating. We put up with the raging all night parties…and the vomit in the hallways. The frequent problems with the plumbing started to get annoying. The missing packages from the ...crappy unmonitored package room are certainly irritating. But I think the worst thing is the water being shut off regularly. And it is always for many hours longer than what management says. You would think the building management would at least give us bottled water during these frequent outages. Save your sanity and don’t rent here.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
June 30, 2021We are loving panorama apartments. The space, storage + balcony of the one bedroom is unparalleled compared to anything else we looked at in this price range. I have yet to drive by a bigger balcony… It’s on a quite and safe street, but you can walk to many restaurants and bars and grocery stores in under 10 minutes. It’s also close to two light link stations which is a great way to commute. My partner is at UW for residency and finds it’s easy to get to all his rotation sights from here. The ...appliances are all modern, and work well. The amenities are great, especially the pool in the summer. The neighbors have been friendly and respectful. The staff has been helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend.Property Manager Responded
