October 4, 2018Do not let them rent you Apt 120!!!!! I REPEAT, Do not accept apt 120. The apt is completely ROACH invested!!!! It has not and will not be rid of! They will play shocked as if you’re the first to complain and they were unknowing of the situation. Trust me, they are AWARE! True saying “you get what you pay for” but NO one deserves to reside in an infested place! Don’t fall for the hype that all appliances are new, that’s a LIE also!!!Review from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE
August 11, 2018Park East Apartments Are Horrible From The Workers In The Office, The Maintenance Crew And Just The Apartments Itself. The Apartments Was And Is Roach Infested (Way Before The Flood Might I Add) They Haven't Spread The Apartments But Have Put Down Roach Bait That Doesn't Help Not One Bit. Also, A Family Of Raccoons Was Inside The Ceiling Of Apartment 625, Although Maintenance Was Contacted Two Months Prior Nothing Was Done Until The Family Of Raccoons Collapsed The Ceiling Trying To Enter Into ...The My Apartment(while I was 9 months Pregnant). After Giving Birth, I Was Moved Into Apartment 120 Where It Is Extremely Roach Infested. They Were Supposed To Have The Apartment In Good Condition Before I Moved In With My Newborn Precious Baby Yet Again Nothing Was Up To Part. I've Been Living In Here For 2.5 Years Now And The Only Remodeling That Was Done To Park East Apartments Was The Black Screen On The Windows, Repainted Stairs And Changed Doors That Has Been Painted. I Strongly Do NOT Recommend Anyone To Live In these Terrible And Terrifying Conditions Unless It's Their Absolute LAST OPTION.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2015When I was in the process of relocating I decided to use apartments.Com for my primary Avenue to find my future residence. One of the first sites that came up first was park east apartments. I called the apartment complex and received such a great vibe from the manager ms. Pam. She was so informative and so helpful in answering all my questions. One I brought the necessary paperwork I had an apartment within two weeks. I told ms. Pam I felt like I was at home. Come to find out on the bottom of ...the brochure stated the motto of the complex is your always feel like your home. I thought that was a sign . This complex is awesome they are very efficient in completing service request and the apartments are very spacious. This was the best choice I could have made.
