      • Excellent Management

        I lived in Penn Circle for 2.5 years: 1 year in a one-bedroom and 1.5 years in a 2 Bed/2 Bath. The apartments themselves are beautiful and very well laid out. The granite countertops and the 9ft ceilings feel like luxury, and with the soundproofing, we often forgot we were in an apartment. The location was incredibly safe and was close to a slew of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and doctors offices. 99% of what we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive (or walk). The management is ...
        incredibly attentive and well-run. On the rare occasion that I had a maintenance issue, someone would be there to fix it within a few hours (unless I asked that they come later due to my WFH hours). Moving in and out was a breeze. They allow you to park right at the entrance and will even provide a dolly to make it easier. From my first day, it amazed me how the front desk knew everyone's name, apartment number, and the status of any outstanding requests - and they were always excited to see everyone. However, the piece that stood out to me most was generosity and flexibility of the front desk. Shortly before I got married, I requested to upgrade to a larger unit when my then-current lease expired. They walked me through multiple floor plans and availability dates of larger units. Unfortunately, the one I wanted was available a few weeks before my lease expired. Although I was capable and willing to have some overlap, their policy does not allow leasees to carry multiple leases at the same time, even for a week. However, the front desk created the work-around to put only my husband on the lease, then add me later (without a fee or additional paperwork, including contacting USPS). If that were not enough, they also gave us the "referral" promotion they were running at the time because my husband was technically new to the complex. I can think of a dozen more examples of how the management went above and beyond to make Penn Circle a wonderful place to live. We will definitely miss being at such a nice complex surrounded by kind people.

        Office and maintenance staff are fantastic. Every issue is taken care of in a quick, pleasant, and professional fashion. The layout and appliances are modern and high quality. Common areas are new and well maintained. The walls between apartments are functionally soundproof although sometimes noise from outside can be intrusive.

        From the property managers to the maintenance staff, everyone here is top notch. Penn Circle is a great for young professionals! We have a swimming pool for the summer time, a really nice lobby/clubhouse set up with TV’s, a nice little gym, lots of parking and choice of covered parking. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the north Indy area. 10/10

        The Penn Circle staff is so welcoming, helpful, and genuine. They respond quickly, and maintenance is very timely when needed. The amenities at Penn Circle have always been nice, but they recently renovated the clubhouse and outdoor furniture, making it even more homey! It's also located near downtown Carmel, which houses many restaurants, activities, and the seasonal Saturday morning Farmer's Market. I cannot speak high enough about Penn Circle as a whole!

        The apartments are spacious, well designed, very good location. The amenities are comfortable, clean, and useful, make sure to visit the clubhouse, the pool and the gym.         I have lived at Penn Circle Apartments since mid-2016 and find it a very desirable place. Their rents are very competitive with the surrounding communities. Any issues I have had with the physical nature of my apartment are handled the same day. The staff is outstanding in all regards. Recently the owners have renovated the property including not only the exterior and the apartments, but also the club house. I highly recommend it if you are looking in the Carmel area.
