Horrible. Avoid at all costs
June 14, 2021The building is disgusting there is no real super or management. The hot water is always messed up we currently have been without for 3 days. Pissy elevator and Mice and roaches are all through the building. Management doesnt care about improving the building and has switched twice since i been here.Reseña de Apartments.com

December 23, 2019DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They are terrible, the Super is also terrible and rude and he doesn’t do his job. This is so far the worst management I’ve seen, they are so unprofessional the building is dirty so much mice and roaches and other nasty things. At first it’ll seem good but after a while you’ll start seeing things. The management before them was so much better, it’s just the one wall management, if you looking for some place and you see One Wall Management don’t move there because even people at ...other Buildings tell me how terrible they are. Don't move here
May 23, 2018this building is so infested with mice roaches ants and mosquitoes...it also has tiny black bugs that be in the closet that goes in your clothes in on your bed..they have water leakage from the ceiling they have mice that be in your clothes or food and they also have bad management this place will look ok when u move in and then fall apart I live in three apts in they all were a mess I live apt 5a apt 4e in apt 3j they kept switching my apartment cause of the condition they where in I finally ...move from this dump after they took three month to give my security deposit back...dont waste your money u will regret it moving here..Property Manager Responded

Horrible
February 12, 2018Management is horrible! 6 different ppl have taken over this building since I've been here for the past 2 years and none of them communicate with each other so if u have a problem in the middle of managment being changed it won't be addressed! Mold was growing in my bathroom they claimed to have removed it but every few months it would grown back , I had a broken toilet for 3 months! The water is cloudy throughout the units are chipped cracked paint ! This building is infested with mice and ...roaches the halls are never clean the laundry room is barley useful! There are more problems then I can list with this building oh and I forgot to mention every year they increase the rent however no improvements are made for the rent to need to go up! I pay more then what the apartment is even listed for ! I can't believe I stuck it out for this long and I'm so happy to be moving soon ! Do not move here! Cheap rent but you will be uncomfortable and you will regret itProperty Manager Responded
