Phillips Court Apartments

The building is disgusting there is no real super or management. The hot water is always messed up we currently have been without for 3 days. Pissy elevator and Mice and roaches are all through the building. Management doesnt care about improving the building and has switched twice since i been here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They are terrible, the Super is also terrible and rude and he doesn’t do his job. This is so far the worst management I’ve seen, they are so unprofessional the building is dirty so much mice and roaches and other nasty things. this building is so infested with mice roaches ants and mosquitoes...it also has tiny black bugs that be in the closet that goes in your clothes in on your bed..they have water leakage from the ceiling they have mice that be in your clothes or food and they also have bad management this place will look ok when u move in and then fall apart I live in three apts in they all were a mess I live apt 5a apt 4e in apt 3j they kept switching my apartment cause of the condition they where in I finally ...

Management is horrible! 6 different ppl have taken over this building since I've been here for the past 2 years and none of them communicate with each other so if u have a problem in the middle of managment being changed it won't be addressed! Mold was growing in my bathroom they claimed to have removed it but every few months it would grown back , I had a broken toilet for 3 months!
