December 19, 2022Note the dates on these reviews ..... 2017 they got good ratings, it's gone down hill dramatically since. SERIOUS maintenance issues are ignored, water leaks, no AC, no Heat, no hot water ........ all go ignored and no one cares Good reason why these apartments are never full and the move out rate is high.Reseña de Apartments.com
Disgusting, Poor Management, Neglected Maintenance
May 29, 2020Management is useless. You are forced to have to babysit them in order to get them to do ANYTHING. Latest issue is the dumpster area and people leaving their trash by the side of it. The bags get torn into by animals and trash goes everywhere and they've allowed it to remain in its disgusting condition for a week now. Whenever I try to submit a ticket they cancel them. Buildings are decrepit and falling apart, area is trashy, a total disgusting mess. They don't deserve even 1 star.Reseña de Apartments.com
Happy for three years
August 8, 2017I have been happy to raise a kid at Pine Forest. I have enjoyed the wood fire place and nice windows. I have had two maintenance issues, but both were dealt with. For the price, I think the place has been amazing.Reseña de Apartments.com
Nice kid friendly place
June 25, 2017I've been raising 2 children here at Pine Forest Apartments for quite some time now & have not had any problems whatsoever with the owner/manager. In fact the manager we have now is the best one we've ever had. Sure the buildings have been here for a long time but whenever something needs maintenance it gets taken care of. Decent Place to Live
June 25, 2017I have been living here for 4 years now and have had no problems from the management or other residents. When I have any issues with anything in my place, they are quick to resolve the issue. These are older townhouses so they are not fancy but there is nothing wrong with them. Extremely Pleased!!!!!
June 24, 2017The only reason that I no longer live at this property is simply because my family expanded and we decided to move into a house. Otherwise, I would have stayed as long as they would have had me! It was everything that I could've wished for in a townhouse, and the price was AMAZING considering that the complex is nestled in one of the most elite areas in central Arkansas. Anyone from around here knows that the prices in Maumelle are quite high. The townhouse was updated, VERY CLEAN, totally ...furnished kitchen, beautiful flooring, and did I mention that it had a REAL wood burning fireplace?! When I moved in, there was a recent change in management, and the new property manager was amazing. She cares about her tenants, she takes their needs seriously, and she doesn't stop until their needs are met. I never had a single maintenance request go unnoticed. In fact, I cannot think of a single time that I felt unappreciated as a tenant here. Definitely a place that I will be highly recommending to friends when they are looking for a new place to call home! Thank you guys so much for giving me such a comfortable place to call home for so long! I'll be sending more business your way, On the off chance that you guys have any availability that is! Don't be fooled
August 25, 2016These townhomes have so much potential to be great, but unfortunately the owner and property manager trick you into thinking you're getting a great deal when actually you are not! The townhomes are incomplete on the inside. The stairs are plywood some not even painted, reported gas leaks, electrical issues and many plumbing issues and leaks in the roof and ceilings. All of these issues have been reported by tenants and the owner refuses to fix them. None of these buildings are up to code but ...because the owner is an attorney the residents have no help in resolving these problems. This is a very unsafe environment for anyone. There are also no smoke detectors in any unit. They will also not try to fix anything until you turn the power on in your name because otherwise the owner does not have an Energy account.
