Many Issues and Blaming on the Tennants

As you may have already seen by the past reviews, the wifi situation is absolutely horrid and the people who own the building claim they have implemented a new system though, every time they claim the internet is up and working, it will of course crash constantly. The main source, they so claim is the issue, is that tenants are using external "Routers" which are slowing down the internet. They also claim the Tennenants are using wifi boosters which supposedly "slow down" the internet. Rather than ...
upgrading to a better package, they place 100% of the blame on the tenants.

Not worth how cheap it is

The internet they have "fixed" numerous times only works half the time. When it doesn't work they blame the tenants. Anything you asked to be fixed will either not get fixed for take two months. Our washing machine took two months to fix. There is too much wrong and sketchy here for me to recommend this place to anyone no matter how cheap it is.

I was given a building access code that only worked on one door and occasionally did not work at all, locking me out. I found out later that other residents were given an RFID tag that worked on every door. My air conditioning was not fixed for 3 months in July with management not contacting me back about it. Wifi was SLOW. (~1 Mbs) Management is slow to respond if they respond at all.

Would 100% not recommend this place to any student attending TAMMUG. WiFi system has been absolutely horrid causing daily outages for the past couple. Months. Approximately month and a half ago they claim they put in a new system but there is no difference.
