  • Think Twice Before Renting!

    Poor maintenance throughout buildings. Outdated building. Located in the middle of nowhere. All major shopping stores are 10 miles away. Plus side, located in a quite farming community population 1500.

  • Find a new community to rent from.

    I’ve lived here almost a decade. Been through a couple managers but this new one is by far the worst. She’s never here. Zero communications on broken things. Quarter machine has been busted for weeks with zero communications on when it might be fixed Garage door has been busted for over a week again with zero communications on when it might be fixed Garage door She’s no longer posting notices to enter. Tried calling the office. She’s turned off the voicemail. Can we have one of the ...

  • Nice for the Price

    Overall, the community is amazing. I've never had a problem with my neighbors and you can tell the trust as a lot of us will leave décor or shoes in the shared hallway. My only issues i've had is the kitchen is quite small. as a baker it is frustrating trying to bake with such limited countrer space. We have had new management, so i am usure if it is still an issue. but renewing and upgrading our apartment was a huge mess and almost cost us alot. Only reason i'm not staying longer is the constant ...
    rent raise. for the 3 years ive been here, my rent went up $25, to $70 more then the "advertised" price. So once you know the price and get through the management part, it is a great place to live.

    They make you jump thru all kinds of hoops to pay your rent and then stick it to you when things out of your control happen (mail not delivered on time).

    Jennifer and her team have been everything I would want from my apartment managers. The building is well-maintained and on the occasion where I’ve needed something done, Jennifer and Tom have been great and responsive. I love living in the country, too!

  • I love it here

    Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You feel a real sense of community. We’ve only been here a short while but it feels like home. It’s quiet, too, for apartment living. Pet friendly is a plus. The community activities are fun! Name the fish Bob!

    I just signed my second lease with Prairie Landing Apartments. I Love the friendly community feel of the apartments. Great neighbors and friendly and professional staff. Extremely well maintained buildings and very reasonably priced. Family and Pet friendly with secured building. I love the option of underground parking and I could not live without the elevators. Spacious laundry rooms, exercise room and mail boxes along with a computer business room makes it easy to never want to leave. We ...
