I've never had a problem with my neighbors and you can tell the trust as a lot of us will leave décor or shoes in the shared hallway. My only issues i've had is the kitchen is quite small. as a baker it is frustrating trying to bake with such limited countrer space. We have had new management, so i am usure if it is still an issue. but renewing and upgrading our apartment was a huge mess and almost cost us alot. Only reason i'm not staying longer is the constant ...rent raise. for the 3 years ive been here, my rent went up $25, to $70 more then the "advertised" price.
