My Experience
January 14, 2022I have to take say hats off to Nikki the property manager! She has been exceptionally passionate about this property since day one. I moved in right from the beginning of them being first built last year in 2021. She made my experience at ease, comfort and has been diligent with all of my needs from the beginning to present. Coming from where I was at in my personal life and feeling comfort with the safety they go above and beyond. I have to say with it being new in the beginning there was some ...issues they had some minor repairs being new was expected and Will was on top of everything being the only maintenance he puts forth a lot of effort of making our home I’m good standings. He has gone out his way just to fix maybe a loose cabinet handle when near. The pool was built later on and is now complete looking beautiful. I did have some issues with waking up to flat tires or packages being taken from in front of my door. We nid have a sour apple in the community and they worked hard getting them out. They are a no nonsense property that provides your best well being. There’s not many children but the ones that are seem to be respectful and nice children . We have been told they will be building a little park in the bear future and that’s also a dig park. There’s elderly as well that you see walking there little dogs and are very sweet. Everyone is very nice and it’s a beautiful community to live in. The apartments are beyond exceptional for the pricing. They are very modern with stainless steal appliances, granite countertops and very spacious. You also have the option of renting brand new washer and dryers that are very nice or they also provide a laundry room you can wash your clothes. There’s a back patio you can enjoy relaxing and in the sun. Nikki is very involved with the residents from hosting holiday parties, movie nights for the kids and many other programs that include snacks and drinks. They have a blood drive and other events especially around the holidays making this a family community. She is very timely with communication even after hours. It’s very quiet, no hearing of parties or disturbances and the ones that tried they have removed immediately to ensure this is a pleasurable living atmosphere. Hidden Gem
January 13, 2022It's a new property, so it is very clean, which is nice. What's also nice is that the property manager is really great. Nicki is very professional, yet warm and welcoming. She listens to your concerns, and works to address them quickly. She puts a lot of effort into ensuring a positive experience for all residents. There are activities that allow for neighbors to get to know one another. June 13, 2021I could not have said it any better then the first review that was written on Feb.4,2021. Niki (apt manager) as well as Will in maintenance both have patient's of a saint. Made my first time of apartment living a very easy transition. Can't say enough about the both of them. They make a great team and your lucky to have them in my opinion. What a difference!
January 25, 2021First let me say this has been such an easy and amazing experience. Nicki was just amazing! I’ve done many applications at other properties in this area with many empty promises as in availability and requirements. Nicki was very upfront explained everything to me before me even sending in my application. This is the first time I move into apartment I had so many questions that may have been dumb not once did she sound aggravated or annoyed of all my question. The complete opposite she took the ...time to make sure I felt comfortable. Was always very responsive throughout the process no matter how busy she was with all the other applicants. I was one of the first to move in that being said I had no clue what the apartment looked like as they we’re still building everything. Let me say I opened the door and was amazed of how nice everything was. It just doesn’t stop at Nicki. The gentleman that takes care of the maintenance I forgot to get his name was just incredible.
