If you value peace, privacy, and responsive management, DO NOT rent here.
The walls are paper-thin, and I can hear everything from my neighbor—TV blasting, conversations, coughing, sneezing, even snoring at night.
Management is slow, unresponsive, and unwilling to take real action. Sleep, work, and daily life here are impossible due to the noise.
To make things worse, they refuse to let me leave without penalty, even though my unit is clearly unlivable. They ...
are more concerned with keeping tenants locked in than actually fixing serious issues.
On top of that, the amenities are a joke—they stay closed for months due to endless "maintenance", and when they finally open, they restrict access with ridiculous time limits for no real reason.
Save yourself the headache and find a place that actually cares about its residents.
