April 25, 2022This property is good because, when something needs repair, it's repaired within a short period of time. In comparison to other apartments, we have it made in the shade! There are always some kind of challenges in an apartment complex. But in comparison to other apartments, this building manager is kind, but businesslike when called for, and does the best she can with the authorization she has. I do wish that the community room would be unlocked as it was before the Covid-19 virus. Other ...apartment residences have opened their community room. At present ours is only open for activities. Before the Covid virus we had access during the daytime, M-F. Other apartment buildings have rude managers. Holly is what I would call "normal."
