A gem in Raleigh Apartment hunting from afar can be a nightmare, but with Remington it's been a breeze. Phillip was very quick to respond to my inquiries and helped guide me through the process. Our move in was smooth from our end. However, there were multiple things we had issues with upon move in, of the apartment. Our coaxial cord for Internet was painted over, our dishwasher wasn't installed correctly, the doors to the washer/dryer units were painted over so thick they connected when closed, with the paint melting together. A drawer was scraping against the frame it was drawn out from. There is definitely a roach problem, but is to be expected living kind of in the woods. Aside from ...

They never answer calls or return emails. I've even gone in and they are always closed early for no reason. Be warned if you have an issue or even just need to contact then for anything you will be ignored!

Best Apartment I've Ever Had!

This is definitely my favorite apartment I've ever lived in! My apartment is giant and has two master suites, a sunroom, a covered porch, a fireplace, and four closets. The community and apartments are quiet and peaceful. The office staff is amazing and they go above and beyond. The maintenance guys are always on top of things and take care of any issues quickly. The location right next to Tryon Road, the highway, and Lake Johnson can't be beat. I can get to NC State in less than 10 minutes, I ...

can get to downtown Raleigh in 10 minutes, I'm within 20 minutes of the airport, I'm close to the mall, multiple movie theaters, grocery stores, and one of the biggest shopping centers in the area. My only complaint would be that my apartment is not renovated, but I know that it would cost more if it was. I would definitely recommend this community!
