Horrible jungle to live in!
December 22, 2022Avoid living here if you value your money, safety and peace of mind! You'll find since crocodiles swimming in the pool until cockroaches running the floor and the walls because of trash accumulated due to lack of maintenance and staff! Besides that, every month you're charged with a non-reasonable fee which you always have to call and talk to a call center which is never abre to transfer the calls for the responsible ones who really should solve these issues! November 8, 2022Pésimo desde cualquier punto de vista. El valor que se paga es un robo comparado con la calidad del condominio. Prometen dos ascensores por torre y no funciona ninguno de los dos desde hace varios días y no es la primera vez que sucede. El aseo de los mismos es nulo. El aseo y la recolección de basuras es deficiente. Las puertas de ingreso fallan a toda hora. El mantenimiento de las zonas verdes es escaso y cuando lo hacen no tienen cuidado con los vehiculos. La administracion es deficiente y ...siempre se escudan en que no tienen personal para atender dichas labores. No recomiendo este condominio bajo ningún aspecto, pues no quiero que la gente sufra lo que hemos padecido los dos ultimos años.Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY
August 1, 2022The managing company has employees that don't like what they are doing because they do a horrible job, unprofessional, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. All I have had is trouble getting basic thing fixed, they have changed all the rules without proper notifications. The communication skills are horrible, they always want to be coming into peoples apartments at all times without 24 hour notice. Many more problems from elevators not working to bugs in every apartment due to the huge gap between ...door and door frame. Horrible experience do not recommend.Property Manager Responded
