I have had the pleasure of residing at the 299 Residences in Farmington, CT since February of 2015. Initially, I fell in love with the luxurious housing development, that is chock-full of amenities, when I encountered their website online in 2014. A tour of the physical site, with the informative, polite, and accommodating property manager, confirmed my desire to immediately become a resident of this lovely, well-run community.

...property manager and her staff has continued to be quite impressive! Their dedication to being first-rate professionals who find more than satisfactory solutions for the problems of everyday living that arise for the residents has been simply amazing.
I am, and have been, very content at the 299 Residences. The property is kept very clean and it is well-maintained. I feel very fortunate to be a member of such a well-built and well-fun housing complex. It is a community of friendly people who get along well with each other. The property manager and her staff throw winter holiday celebrations, summer pool and barbecue parties, ice cream parties and even pick-up some muffins and bagels on your way to work events. The residents are encouraged to socialize and enjoy themselves in a friendly atmosphere.
After reading the biased and bad review, I wanted to share with the public my wonderful experience this property.
