For the price you pay for rent. Why does the garbage truck need to come every single morning including weekends at 3:30 am to 8x dumpsters? It clonks the dumpster and shakes the ground when it bangs it. I have complained many times and it has not changed. I do not get a full nights rest and warn anyone about this issue as you will never get a good nights rest. Also not that this is a huge deal but the employees seam to always say NO to literally everything no matter what the request.

I lived at this property for 2 years and had to move due to a job relocation. I definitely would recommend this property to coworkers and friends. The property is new, beautiful, has all the amenities and it's in a really quiet location. Since I work in Farmington, it was the perfect location for me. My gf and I lived there for quite some time but some unfortunate events transpired with my job, and we had to notify the management team at 299 that we could no longer live their for the full term of our 12month lease. We were compliant the whole way through the 7months and paid in full every month until they found someone. They kept our full deposit of $1000 for minuscule things like, "cleaning of the stove".
