I’ve lived here for two years and in the beginning I thought it was a great place to live, but over the last two years I’ve been disappointed month after month. Maintenance request takes weeks to get fulfilled, the office is now only open for a 2-4 hours Mon-Friday ONLY, and the lack of professionalism is sad for a leasing office. The apts need to be gutted out completely, as the floors are sunken in, the walls are paper thin, the bugs are ridiculous (I recently found one crawling out of a plug ...
outlet) and the smells in these apts have only gotten worst after the first year. I only stayed two years because I have a kid and couldn’t find a new place before school started. But now I don’t really care, I’ve had enough and I want out!!
Don’t get a place here, you’ll only regret it!!
