Great place to live however, I wish they would’ve kept the hallways a little bit more clean. As well as maintaining a good clean smelling apartment as a lot of times it’s reeked of cigarettes and weed.

I think Riveredge is awesome, and will refer friends/ relatives whenever I can. Just yesterday, my AC quit working, and anything I tried failed to restart it. I asked a neighbor for help; he called maintenance, and the person at the other end talked him/us through the reset. Now it works great, and I'm feeling blessed to be living in such a friendly place!!!

I think the complex is good but parking is a a big pain and it’s difficult to get a parking pass. Overall the building is kinda nice and has decent amenities. Super close to downtown and in a good neighborhood

River's Edge is located in a convenient location for students. The only downside I've found living here is the parking if you do not have a pass.

Over charged for everything. Nothing ever works in the complex. Elevators are listed on website and lease and they rarely work and staff does not give residents compensation for it.

My experience here has been pretty average overall. The apartment itself is comfortable enough, but there are a few ongoing issues. Not receiving notifications for mail or packages is frustrating and makes it hard to keep track of deliveries.
Maintenance also tends to take much longer than expected—often a month or more past the original timeline—which can be inconvenient. Inside the unit, the floors feel somewhat dirty even after cleaning, which affects the overall feel of the space.
There are ...
also building limitations, like not being able to access stairwells from the Greenbelt, and the lack of soundproofing is noticeable, with noise carrying easily from neighbors and hallways.
Overall, it’s a livable place that works fine, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

It’s pretty okay, I’m not too close with anyone at my apartment but I’m also not upset with who I’m around. Every once in a while someone will throw a party above or next to me and it’s a bit annoying but manageable
