March 22, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comMy experience here has been pretty average overall. The apartment itself is comfortable enough, but there are a few ongoing issues. Not receiving notifications for mail or packages is frustrating and makes it hard to keep track of deliveries. Maintenance also tends to take much longer than expected—often a month or more past the original timeline—which can be inconvenient. Inside the unit, the floors feel somewhat dirty even after cleaning, which affects the overall feel of the space. There are ...also building limitations, like not being able to access stairwells from the Greenbelt, and the lack of soundproofing is noticeable, with noise carrying easily from neighbors and hallways.
