January 21, 2026I have lived at Rivers for 3 years now and I have had a mostly pleasant experience. I have loved my rooms and the layouts of the apartments, and the amenities have been nice, and they try to make the residents feel as connected and appreciated as possible. The only issue I’ve had is that the quiet hours are not enforced, I have not felt like anything changed when I brought issues the front desk about a noise at inappropriate hours.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2026The staff has always been very attentive to any needs or issues I have had. They're all very kind, and friendly. I consider them friends. The maintenance crew is generally 'on the spot' with any concerns or repairs I need. They usually respond within a day to my reports of things not working right, or parts missing.Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2026The walls are super thin and you can hear people even while outside, the apartment is located at a perfect spot away from campus, and the walk is easy. The managment is quick to respond when you need repairs or if there are issues.Property Manager Responded

The apartment management is efficient, professional, and responsive, and any issues are handled quickly. The building is well maintained, and common areas are always clean and organized. January 15, 2026River’s Edge is a great place to live for BSU students, especially because of how close it is to campus. However, the community areas can often get messy and unpleasant. While general maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, fixes like garage doors or burnt-out lights can take a couple of weeks. Occasionally, maintenance requires shutting off the water for the entire building, which can be very difficult since it affects toilets, sinks, and showers. Not everyone has the option to go ...elsewhere during these shutoffs, and there is no reduction in rent or water bills when amenities are unavailable. Overall, despite these issues, my experience living at River’s Edge has been more positive than negative.Property Manager Responded
