I think the complex is good but parking is a a big pain and it’s difficult to get a parking pass. Overall the building is kinda nice and has decent amenities. Super close to downtown and in a good neighborhood

River's Edge is located in a convenient location for students. The only downside I've found living here is the parking if you do not have a pass.

Over charged for everything. Nothing ever works in the complex. Elevators are listed on website and lease and they rarely work and staff does not give residents compensation for it.

My experience here has been pretty average overall. The apartment itself is comfortable enough, but there are a few ongoing issues. Not receiving notifications for mail or packages is frustrating and makes it hard to keep track of deliveries. Maintenance also tends to take much longer than expected—often a month or more past the original timeline—which can be inconvenient. Inside the unit, the floors feel somewhat dirty even after cleaning, which affects the overall feel of the space. There are ...
also building limitations, like not being able to access stairwells from the Greenbelt, and the lack of soundproofing is noticeable, with noise carrying easily from neighbors and hallways. Overall, it’s a livable place that works fine, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

It’s pretty okay, I’m not too close with anyone at my apartment but I’m also not upset with who I’m around. Every once in a while someone will throw a party above or next to me and it’s a bit annoying but manageable

Perfectly fine place to live. Great location right off the green belt, affordable, and perfectly satisfactory rooms. Lack of cheap parking and amenities are a bit of a downside, but still a place I enjoyed living in.

Rivers Edge has been a great place to live. A vast amount of amenities are offered and are awesome to take advantage of. Throughout my lease there has been numerous events hosted by Rivers Edge and offers posted by them to resign. Overall, this is a great option, especially if you are looking for student living.

Being a resident at rivers, is so great! Parking can be difficult to find spots at times, but there's almost always overflow parking! Other than that, my room has been great and all of the staff are super friendly and kind! No complaints about this place!
