February 4, 2026Perfectly fine place to live. Great location right off the green belt, affordable, and perfectly satisfactory rooms. Lack of cheap parking and amenities are a bit of a downside, but still a place I enjoyed living in.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2026Rivers Edge has been a great place to live. A vast amount of amenities are offered and are awesome to take advantage of. Throughout my lease there has been numerous events hosted by Rivers Edge and offers posted by them to resign. February 2, 2026Being a resident at rivers, is so great! Parking can be difficult to find spots at times, but there's almost always overflow parking! Other than that, my room has been great and all of the staff are super friendly and kind! No complaints about this place!Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2026I have lived at Rivers for 3 years now and I have had a mostly pleasant experience. I have loved my rooms and the layouts of the apartments, and the amenities have been nice, and they try to make the residents feel as connected and appreciated as possible. The only issue I’ve had is that the quiet hours are not enforced, I have not felt like anything changed when I brought issues the front desk about a noise at inappropriate hours.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2026The staff has always been very attentive to any needs or issues I have had. They're all very kind, and friendly. I consider them friends. The maintenance crew is generally 'on the spot' with any concerns or repairs I need. January 19, 2026The walls are super thin and you can hear people even while outside, the apartment is located at a perfect spot away from campus, and the walk is easy. The managment is quick to respond when you need repairs or if there are issues.Property Manager Responded
