The manager here is the most on-the-ball person I've ever seen-- stuff gets taken care of, and quickly, and that's a fact. She's friendly and witty and kind (*and* easy on the eyes-- boy, if I was ten years younger...). The maintenance guy is great, knows his job, in and out like a flash, and when he fixes it, it stays fixed! I've never had to call him back twice for the same issue, The downside is the parking (or lack of it), and the 3rd party-run laundry room that requires an app (?!) to wash ...
your clothes (I just go to a laundromat). But the rent is the cheapest you'll find, and there's a pool, gates, flat-rate water, and a bowl of candy in the rental office! Woo-hoo!
