February 27, 2026Apartments have a 90s feel outside but pretty up to date inside ms Marcia is amazing very kind hearted and always keep things crystal clear with her residents, community seems quiet however the cayce projects is right down the street definitely eerie to drive or walk through hopefully they’ll get rid of them soon over all good place to live especially getting started in a new stateProperty Manager Responded

My experience
July 7, 2025Mrs Marcia has been wonderful and a sweetheart. Very communicative and responded fast. She made the process easy and smooth. It didn’t take me no time getting through things because she thoroughly explained what I needed help with and had any questions about. My move in experience was good. I say that because it was just really hot and irritating when you’re moving of course. I don’t have any complaints. The area is secured, watched, and is being up kept. A great experience
May 22, 2025Robert park’s apartments was a fast and easy process. The office manager was super nice and helpful throughout the whole process of me getting approved to just filling out the application. I got approved and signed my lease and received my keys all in One week! My apartment is homey and I love it! All the appliances and fixtures were all upgraded. Good place to live
March 7, 2025I love my apartment. The apartment complex has everything upgraded in each apartment new counters, new cabinets, new hardwood floors. I am really enjoying my stay. It’s very quiet has 24 hour security, It’s very clean, And the rent is cheap, considering the location close to the stadium. Smooth Sailing!!
January 31, 2025Everything was so swift from the application process to move in day. We heard about the apartments on Thursday and we were moved in by that following Tuesday. Being that I am new to this experience, the landlord was very helpful and informative. She made sure I was extremely aware of what I was getting myself into and how everything would be! I’m very grateful for how sweet she was because I know I wasn’t an easy camper lol.
