Honestly, my all in all experience was a headache. I was always on time paying rent. I never gave them any problems. I gave them 2 years of my residency. Just for them to continuously try to get over on me.
I’ve seen a few roaches, dead and alive, in my unit. When telling the office about this, specifically the old assistant manager Aryanna, and asked if pest control could come take care of it, she looked at me and said, “we cannot help if it doesn’t involve bed bugs.” I figured I would just ...
try to take care of it myself. The elevators never work. That in itself is inconvenient. The fire alarm goes off like every other week. Mainly between 2am-5am making it to where you need to get up and evacuate. The management is rude, uptight, unprofessional, does not move with a sense of urgency, unorganized, and they do all negative things unprovoked. The only person I can say who was personable and a sweetheart was Mekayla, and the offices bad energy led her to parting ways (She told me). Dee Dee(Manager) is NEVER in the office, and they have a different person working under her every other week. She leaves people in charge who literally have to make me wait until she is back in office, which is never. Therefore, I’m never helped at all reasonable times. The people in office who aren’t her usually can’t help me with what I need. Their office hours on the website are wrong. They close early all the time; they keep the doors locked or simply are just not in the office. The management becomes careless with the internal appearance. Paint is beginning to chip, water leaks are very noticeable on the ceiling and you can tell they have been painted over, the building reeks of weed sometimes, the elevators never work, the trash shoot is locked a lot, causing you to have to take trash to first floor or just leave it in the room of the trash shoot until it is picked up, the parking spaces are uneven and small (done carelessly and you will be towed for parking on a line), there is no guest/visitor parking, and there are no trash cans on the exterior, causing there to be litter, and so on. I got hit with $1700 in moving out fee for inaccurate charges. No telling how many people has suffered like I did
