December 13, 2025We just moved in and we absolutely love Rowan! From the amenities to the space we are now in and how close all the shopping in restaurants are, we could not rave about this place enough! If you're looking for a place to call home, you should definitely put Rowan on your list! Also Reese, Isabel, and Jen in the leasing center are super friendly and helpful for anything and everything you need! Reese helped up with our application when we were first looking at Rowan and was so wonderful we knew ...this was the place for us!Property Manager Responded

Staff at Rowan goes above and beyond!
June 26, 2025I’ve lived at Rowan for just over a year and I am extremely happy. The staff; Will, Isabel, and Alex are friendly, professional, helpful, and reliable. Great amenities; pool, jacuzzi, gym, and lounge room/game room. Even snacks and drinks available in the leasing office daily, fun perk. The property grounds and common areas are kept very clean. The floor plans and apartment sizes are above average. Rowan is a terrific community!Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025Living at The Rowan has been an incredible experience! My loft-style apartment with 20-foot ceilings is absolutely stunning—bright, open, and beautifully designed. The amenities are top-notch, from the fully equipped gym to the resort-style pool with a Jumbotron, plus a pool table, ping pong, business center, and a stylish event space. Everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff truly makes this place feel like home. A special shoutout to Isabel, the leasing agent, who ...is always kind, professional, helpful, and courteous—she made the entire move-in process seamless and continues to be a joy to work with.
