June 26, 2025I’ve lived at Rowan for just over a year and I am extremely happy. The staff; Will, Isabel, and Alex are friendly, professional, helpful, and reliable. Great amenities; pool, jacuzzi, gym, and lounge room/game room. Even snacks and drinks available in the leasing office daily, fun perk. The property grounds and common areas are kept very clean.
