From the amenities to the space we are now in and how close all the shopping in restaurants are, we could not rave about this place enough! If you're looking for a place to call home, you should definitely put Rowan on your list! Also Reese, Isabel, and Jen in the leasing center are super friendly and helpful for anything and everything you need! Great amenities; pool, jacuzzi, gym, and lounge room/game room. Even snacks and drinks available in the leasing office daily, fun perk. The property grounds and common areas are kept very clean.
