January 10, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comDon't be fooled by the pretty exterior. If you can avoid renting here, please do. We were so excited to move here, but now deeply regret it. The office is full of attitude, no customer service skills and they never answer the phone. No matter what time you call or how many times you call you can never get them on the phone and they never return your call if you leave a message. Maintenance is a joke they mark request completed when they are not. I have mold in my apartment and maintenance ...treated one area and promised to come back and has not been back to treat the other area or repair the first spot they treated and that was over 60 days ago, but yet they want their rent on time! I have dealt with unlawful entry from the people they hire to make these improvements to the outside. Was told the issue was being sent to the property manager, I never heard from her. It is advertised as a gated community and the gate hasn't worked since I moved in. The police is constantly out here. There was a shootout out here, cars are being vandalized. Your children are not safe to play outside. You would think that would prompt them to fix the gate, no they decided to paint the buildings, put in a put put golf area. ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO YOUR TENANTS. They are more focused on the exterior and could careless about the interior which are outdated and need upgrading. They are constantly wanting to come in your home for something. Every other month they need to enter or send someone to enter your home. Considering the large amount of rent that is collected, the dozens of monthly emails reminding tenants that rent is due, and the condition and upkeep of these apartments, it is clear that you are not valued. KEEP LOOKING - NOT WORTH THE PRICE

The community is dirty, claims to be "gated" but the gate has never worked, has issues with crime, the spa hardly ever works, and they are very slow to respond to maintenance issues unless they are critical (like water or A/C). They have a HORRIBLE valet trash pickup system that charges a mandatory $30/month for Sun-Th service but just ends up piling up at the dumpster while everyone keeping disgusting bags outside their doors every day, and it's sold ...like it's a "feature." In addition, they will at-will jack your rent up to 12% at lease renewal, do not care if you've been a good tenant or never been late. They even raised rents on everyone during the height of the pandemic, and now raising rents SUPER high when nobody has anywhere to go due to extreme demand in the county. July 23, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comDO NOT RENT HERE. We filled out an application 1 month in advance which they said we were approved to move in on 07/30/2020. I sent out emails to the person that was working on our case, they never responded. It is now 07/23/2020 exactly 7 days before move in. We received an email stating that they are not able to approve us. Imagine the pain they’ve caused to our family. I’ve waited and waited. This place is very unprofessional and if I were you I’d stay away from this complex. Now we are left ...looking for another place at the last minute. This community is completely over priced for an outdated, roach infested, and not even an energy efficient apartment. I have lived here for over 6 months and have had issue after issue. Since i have moved in this apartment it was infested with roaches, and my A/C unit has broken every month 1-3 times and my light bill has been over $300 a month. i have been very nice to everyone in the office letting them know ...and emailing them about my issues. September 27, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe Royal St George is the most overpriced and the most poorly maintained complex in the villages. You used to get what you paid for, until they raised their rent for the same uninhabitable conditions. Water damage to dry walls was ignored until I threatened legal action. The roach infestation was not addressed until I brought in a third party exterminator who told them there were thousands of roaches colonizing behind my fridge. The walls were so wet that I could push on them and beads of ...moisture would come out. I had to evacuate due to a respiratory infection caused by the mold in my walls. I just had a new baby and she loves the wide space my apartment has. the closet space is to die for when a girl like me has a lot of shoes. the bathroom are very good slide glass doors with mirrors on the outside is very nice. I just love how wonderful they keep the outside looking fresh cut grass nicely cut trees. its a very good place to stay.

From the screened-in porch with the pond view, to the vaulted ceilings and stylish curves, this apartment has it all. The closets are spacious and the bugs, they aren't too bad for Florida. There are a few improvements that could be made. The washer/dryer are almost in the kitchen, a door to block sound could be nice. The AC is pretty loud and it's hard to hear the TV when it's on.
