March 3, 2023For months we got a strong smell marijuana coming into our apartment every single day, multiple times during the day. Sometimes this would even happen at 8AM during workdays. I wrote countless emails with complaints and made calls, but this never stopped. I also wrote emails to the customer service of the management company which were never replied. Most recently, they wouldn’t answer calls for multiple days in a row! They just ignored me. The package room is a mess. Finding a package can be ...really time consuming. For a while it was problematic to even get in that room. Other properties in the area have individual lockers for ages. We’ve also had constant issues with our key fobs stopping to work randomly, imagine arriving late at night and not being able to get into your apartment.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

May 28, 2019My touring and application experience has been nothing short of amazing! I have toured numerous apartments across Seattle, and never have I encountered such helpful people as the Sky staff, particularly Halie. This staff truly goes above and beyond to answer every question and make leasing a stress-free experience. I am thrilled to hopefully lease and will update then with more review. For now, the units are lovely and just what I’ve been looking for. The area is serene yet close to all necessary ...conveniences. The entire Leasing Team has been so friendly & welcoming, as well as super helpful with all of my questions/requests. Location is amazing, and all apts are brand new & beautiful! May 5, 2019Come live here! My husband and I communicated with the leasing staff over the phone before moving here and they were super helpful since we were living out of the state at the time. The apartment is beautiful, great views, nice gym and court yard. We like entertaining so the grill and fireplace are so awesome. Also, our location is absolutely ideal! Met Market, Safeway? Starbucks, City Hall, all super close. You’ll love it here!Property Manager Responded

The place is literally garbage
April 16, 2019I just moved out this not too long ago and I received an email from management stating that they were going to have to replace the carpet in the bedroom (approximately $600-$700), which seems expensive for how small the room was, but I said that was fine since my pet had a couple accidents and I can understand the need to replace it. Then the email stated that I would have to pay for them to replace all of the hardwood due to "water damage" ($2,730.00). They attached photos, which showed no ...damage and when I asked management about this, they stated pictures wouldn't show any damage but I should come by to see it in person. I sent my own pictures, which showed no damage. I also sent them a video, which I will try to upload. But then management insisted that I call their maintenance manager so he could explain why they would charge me this much. I stated that even if there was water damage in some places, I didn't understand why ALL of the flooring needed to be replaced. Management then told me that the floors were brand new when I moved in, so they needed to make them that way for the next tenant. Lots of other negative aspects of this place, I have fail to see that my experience with the Sky Sammamish is aligned with what others were saying. The management staff reminds me of those very incompetent resident assistant back from the college days. It seemed like that the apartment owner decided to hire either the flock of a very careless high school drop outs or some 3rd tier community college grads to manage the place. Some maintenance crews are okay and decent, but few of them look like the type of people who would come off as an disgusting image saying that they are on the drugs or something. The apartment is also extremely lacking of the structures that is the well-defined reinforcements which would prohibits tenants from being inconsiderate to the others. I lived in 7th floor and a good friend of mine still lives there on 5th floor. They are saying there are still some people carelessly using stereos up loud and you could almost hear them from the far outside of their apartment, and on the top it all off, everyday some lower class neighbors think it is okay to blast their car stereo coming back from the their dead end job and drive close to the apartment complex from the building where it is facing towards to the main lobby area. This place is literally filled with up to no good people. If I were you I would avoid this apt at all costs.Property Manager Responded

Outstanding service from the SKY Sammamish team
March 2, 2019From the beginning, the management team (especially Taylore) went above and beyond to help answer all of our questions by phone and email (and boy did we have a lot)!! Since we weren't able to visit in-person prior to the move, they helped us take photos from different angles in the suites to give us a better understanding of what it was like inside. They were very transparent with all of their pricing and fees, and the process was extremely easy to find and reserve a suite. Stylish new apartments and professional Management team...
September 4, 2018The interiors are stylish, layout great, and the location in the new Sammamish Village is ideal with a wide range of shops and groceries steps away. Taylore at SKY Sammamish has been so helpful. I’ve been working with Taylore as I prepare to move in and she is patient, willing to answer all my questions, and go the extra mile. It is truly refreshing to have a professional management team with a great attitude, who make it about the residents and not about them! I am looking forward to seeing all ...the luxury amenities.
