I also sent them a video, which I will try to upload. But then management insisted that I call their maintenance manager so he could explain why they would charge me this much. I stated that even if there was water damage in some places, I didn't understand why ALL of the flooring needed to be replaced. Management then told me that the floors were brand new when I moved in, so they needed to make them that way for the next tenant. Lots of other negative aspects of this place, I have fail to see that my experience with the Sky Sammamish is aligned with what others were saying. The management staff reminds me of those very incompetent resident assistant back from the college days. It seemed like that the apartment owner decided to hire either the flock of a very careless high school drop outs or some 3rd tier community college grads to manage the place. Some maintenance crews are okay and decent, but few of them look like the type of people who would come off as an disgusting image saying that they are on the drugs or something. The apartment is also extremely lacking of the structures that is the well-defined reinforcements which would prohibits tenants from being inconsiderate to the others. I lived in 7th floor and a good friend of mine still lives there on 5th floor. They are saying there are still some people carelessly using stereos up loud and you could almost hear them from the far outside of their apartment, and on the top it all off, everyday some lower class neighbors think it is okay to blast their car stereo coming back from the their dead end job and drive close to the apartment complex from the building where it is facing towards to the main lobby area. This place is literally filled with up to no good people. If I were you I would avoid this apt at all costs.
