  • Cars broke into/dog poo everywhere

    Cars broken into. Constantly calling upfront for dog poo removal. They tell me they can't fine the person because the dog isn't registered. Meaning not only do they not pick it up they aren't paying the pet fees. Office doesn't care. Stay away!

  • RUN AWAY!!

    When I first moved in it was great, everything looked kept up. It was quiet at the appropriate times but now it's loud, dirty and people are leaving trash everywhere. I think it's due to rents going up but the quality is going way down. 3 yrs later not worth the rent increases. Corporate needs to realize we are in a lower economy area. You can always tell when they are coming, trash gets picked up, etc. Appliances are nothing special, you would think they were stainless steel or top of the line ...
    for the prices they charge. Also we're right next to a subsidized apartment bldg that looks a lot better than this as far as the grounds go. Now along with increases they said we were getting an "upgrade" with our cable(which is included in rent), when the truth is we have had channels taken away. They want you to think you are getting a good deal for the rent but Corporate is lying. Things are hard enough as it is without being taken advantage of. The ONLY really good thing is the maintenance men, they are great, friendly and quick to respond to requests.

    There is a quiet time from 10pm to 8am, but that might as well be non-existent. The leasing agents/ managers do not respond to noise complaints, even when numerous messages are left. Pet owners do not pick up after their pets a lot of the time. They have a clause where they sent off the poop to test which dog left the mess, that way they can charge the correct owner. That clause is also a joke because I’ve seen no improvement on the messes that’s been left. It’s especially bad in the dog run, ...
    because owners just cover the poop with wood chips. Careful watch your step. Maintenance staff however are great and always respond within 24 hours. This apartment could be great if the leasing managers were more like the maintenance staff.

Our apartment was just what we needed while house hunting. Everything you need is right here. It has been a great experience for us and we highly recommend this place.

  • We have found the perfect home!

    We have lived at Salisbury Village Apartments for six months. It is perfect! The staff is wonderful and knows everyone by name. The pool is immaculate and often times quiet and peaceful. It is a great place to entertain two guests. There are two gas grills by the pool where we can cook as we like. There is a gym with state of the art equipment, a theater and business center. The landscaping is immaculate and lovely. There are flowering trees all around the property and gorgeous flower beds. We ...
    love the small birds that are attracted to our plants and feeder on the patio. We have a nest with two birds! Inside the apartment, we have two bedrooms and two baths. The masterbath has a garden tub (Winchester plan). It is luxurious. The appliances and kitchen is like new. I enjoy the walk-in closet!! We also purchased a washer and dryer....it's perfect. Central air and the master bedroom ceiling fan keep it cool this time of year. We picked an electric/water option so the bill is consistant year round. We can also pay our rent on line at no extra charge. The maintenace men are courteous, friendly and very efficient. We have have had a couple minor problems that come with daily life that they have fixed within 24 hours. Work orders are put in on-line too! Very convenient. Cable is included in the rent; we pay $55 a month to TWC for internet service. And, don't forget, there is valet trash/recycling pick-up! We work in Salisbury and it's about 7 minutes to my job. Next to Food Lion and close to downtown where there are many nice restuarants. The apartment complex is very quiet. There is a mixture of young families and seniors. The apartments are pet friendly. Our dog loves it here too! If you are looking for a great place to live, Salisbury Village Apartments are the best in the area. We had considered Concord or Kanapolis, but this is by far the best complex and best value when you compare. Thank you Becki, Sara, Tony and Gerry for all you do for all of us here. It's a perfect home.

  • 4-year tenant... Best place to live in Salisbury

    The staff and amenities are perfect. Very helpful management group that will go above and beyond to make sure you're accommodated in every way. Nice pool, work out facility, and apartments. It is quiet and close to everything you will need. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live for the past 4-years.

  • Great Place to Live

    I've lived in many places in the US and Europe. When I looked at this apartment I stopped my search. I checked about 5 other apartments and while some were good, I needed a first floor because my service dog is getting old and we could not go upstairs. All I needed was a one bedroom and I found this apartment to be a good size; small enough for me when I am alone and large enough when I have my family over. Also, there was an all in one package where my utilities and trash are part of the rent, ...
    so I chose that so each month I make one payment and that's it! The amenities are super. I never saw a mini theatre in an apartment complex, but there is one here. At first I thought it was a bit much, but it is a very cool thing to do when my kids and grandkids are in. Everyone here is friendly, from the apartment staff to the neighbors. It is kid friendly, and dog friendly. It's really a neighborhood and folks look out for each other in a really good way. It is close to downtown, grocery stores, shopping, theatres. I am happy and settled and glad to have chosen this community.

  • Best Apartment experience!

    This is the best apartment living experience I have ever had, hate that I had to move for work. The staff is always helpful. Maintenance is always on top of things, I have never had to complain about anything more than once, it was always fixed on time. I highly recommend Salisbury Village at Castlewood.

    These apartments are beautiful and have a lot to offer. There is a movie theater on site that is able to be rented out for free along with a huge pool and grilles to cook on! There is a ton to do in the area, almost everything is within 10 minutes!
