The staff we have now , Ms Tj , and office manager Ms Liz and maintenance are by far some of the best we’ve had. They are very attentive and willing to help, jumps on issues as quick as you would like them too all while accommodating your time. Living here has been great with them running the office. Had an issue of flooding/ carpet cleaning and within an hour of reporting it was taken care of. All while adhering to ...my time as I work overnights and usually sleep by now. What I love most is how responsive and kind the maintenance crew and office staff has been. My maintenance issues never go longer than a day and any non maintenance issue has always been resolved with speed and kindness. I also like the newly built up area on Olive! So far the staff has been very friendly. Ms. Liz is always warm and welcoming.
