I’ve lived here for a number of years and seen different management come and go. The staff we have now , Ms Tj , and office manager Ms Liz and maintenance are by far some of the best we’ve had. They are very attentive and willing to help, jumps on issues as quick as you would like them too all while accommodating your time. Living here has been great with them running the office. Had an issue of flooding/ carpet cleaning and within an hour of reporting it was taken care of. All while adhering to ...

I have been here for a little over a year and I really have enjoyed calling San Rafael Townhomes my home! What I love most is how responsive and kind the maintenance crew and office staff has been. My maintenance issues never go longer than a day and any non maintenance issue has always been resolved with speed and kindness. I also find the units quiet which is really important for when I'm working remote. I hope to spend many more years calling San Rafael home!

This is a great location and is very centralized. I can reach any destination in about 15 to 20mims. Downtown, North County, St. Charles! I also like the newly built up area on Olive! So far the staff has been very friendly. Ms. Liz is always warm and welcoming. I plan to continue staying here until my family outgrows this place.
