Horrible property
April 11, 2024From the first day I moved in this apartment complex has been nothing but problems. My new apartment had a broken dishwasher, broken fridge door, ripped up screens, locks on windows that did not work, water leaks, constant horrible smells through the air vents. Things continued to get worse. Noisy neighbors, weed smokers, dirty apartment upon move in, very noisy roads, packages stolen, cars broken into, harassing neighbors, rude manager. It’s to the point now where I’m having to break my lease ...because it’s a health issue. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. June 13, 2023I have lived here just over a year and Danielle has been amazing since Day 1. She was the first person I spoke to when touring the complex and to this day is so helpful and always there to answer any questions I may have or just give a friendly hello when I see her. Love it here
March 21, 2023So sad that we’re leaving this place after 2 years. Sandpiper village apartments has been such a pleasant place to stay. The office ladies are always friendly, maintenance crew are always nice and says “hi” every time we see them. Whenever we need something fixed, they’re always there the same day. I feel safe walking around the complex alone with my child. Love that there are many dog owners that walk their dogs. My daughter always gets excited seeing them. Great apartment complex & staff!
October 6, 2022Great apartment complex! The apartment I rented was updated and clean, newer appliances, dishwasher, washer & dryer in unit. The pool, hot tub, gym area were always well kept along with the grounds. The office and maintenance staff were superb. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. Five Stars All The Way
February 9, 2021I moved here in November and have zero complaints. Jessica and Rosie are amazing and made the move in process seamless. My dog loves the dog park and I love how quiet the property is at night. The maintenance staff Jose and Kevin are extremely friendly and quick when it comes to work orders. Jose even has treats on the golf cart to give to my dog when he sees her! My favorite thing about the property is how clean it is and I like how they have a secure package room that allows you to get your ...packages after hours. Phenomenal Staff
January 12, 2017My space and sanity is very important to me. And this is where its at: SandPiper Village where the staff is courteous and maintenance team is always available. Extending another year with SandPiper Village was easy breezy with no hassle. Jessica was awesome through the whole process and placing me in a beautiful, comfortable unit. Its never an issue asking for maintenance care. And thats exactly what it is....everything handled with TLC and respect for my space. Thank you all for the phenomenal ...work you do. October 8, 2015The apartments are well maintained. The rent is reasonable and the staff is very friendly and professional. My family has lived here for 14 years and have never had a problem. The complex is very quiet and the tenants are very helpful and friendly. They are also very helpful to the military. The apartments are across the street from Will C. Great Place to Live
August 18, 2015I've had to move several times due to my job and this is the best apartment complex I've lived at so far. I realized through the years how significant good management is. They have an excellent staff. Everyone is nice and helpful, never dismissive with any issue or complaints. Maintenance has always taken care of any problems the very next day, if not the same day. The complex is very neat, well kept, and safe. I never worry about coming in late at night.
