    I love the building. Everything is super nice and well kept. The moving process was frustrating. The leasing staff do not communicate well with each other and are very slow to get things done. We signed our lease 2 months before moving into the complex and the lease wasn’t signed by the building until 2 days after we moved into.

    The move in process was the easiest iv ever had! Eric was a great help and made sure everything went smoothly day of. My key fob wasn’t working at first and he was on top of it and made sure it was fixed by end of day.

    Upon first glance this place is beautiful, but don't be fooled. Once you're in, it's nearly impossible to contact the management team and get any type of resolution. The online billing portal overcharges you for things with no explanation or billing breakdown as to where these "miscellaneous fees" are from. If you call and somehow get a hold of someone, no one knows what is going on or how to explain the billing either. My rent always has an additional $300-$400 added to it for reasons I'm ...
    unsure of and still have received no explanation. They bill you separately for the renters insurance just so they can hit you with another $10 processing fee. The pipe in my utility closet has burst 4 times now in 6 months. The first time they blamed me and made me pay $900 to fix. The floors have warped and clearly show signs of mold and their solution was to put 4 industrial fans in my house for 7 days, just for the pipe to burst again a month later. I had a package stolen from my apartment 3 days ago and they refuse to call me back. The pool is either green/cloudy or closed. I won't even get into the smell of the elevators or the tenants. Let me just say, if you are not a college student or if you are looking for a quiet place to live, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Police have been called to the complex on multiple occasions. One in particular where blood was found all over the sidewalk and it was noted there was gun violence- but I doubt that will be in the brochure.

    The grounds are very much like a resort with a beautiful infinity pool. However, the poolside grills, other than one, have not been working for quite some time.

    ’ve had a generally positive experience living at Savio at Delray. The apartments themselves are modern and well designed, and the amenities are a big highlight. The gym is excellent—one of the better apartment gyms I’ve seen—and the pool area is really nice and well maintained. Overall it’s a comfortable place to live and the community feels well kept. That said, there are a couple downsides. Parking can get pretty crowded at times, especially in the evenings, which can be frustrating. There ...
    have also been occasional worm issues in some of the buildings. It’s improved compared to the past and management seems aware of it, but it hasn’t completely gone away. Overall, despite a few issues, the amenities, apartments, and location make it a solid place to live.

    Property is well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff .One issue which should be addressed is supervision around the pool area on the weekends. Alcohol around the pool, young kids inviting many friends. Last weekend there wasn’t a single empty chair for residents and friends of guests were smoking cigarettes with young children playing around the pool.

    It has been a great experience moving into my new apartment. As a first time apartment renter, the staff were all extremely helpful. They were friendly, professional and were there for any questions I had along the way. Upon move in, the apartment was clean and ready for move in.

    This is a nice place to live overall, though there are a few issues around the complex. The paint on the breezeway floors is chipping and has not been repaired. There has also been a pest problem in one of the buildings that took quite a while to resolve, as well as an ongoing millipede issue. Because of this, hallway cleaning has been paused until the problem is cleared up, which has left the hallways fairly dirty. The community is very dog-friendly, and the dog parks are well maintained.     maintenance staff is consistently helpful and responsive. However, the leasing office can be slow to respond, and several times when I have visited, only a temporary staff member was available, so my questions as a resident could not be addressed.
