August 10, 2025So excited to enjoy the facilities. Our move in was smooth and the office crew was super helpful. Maintenance was at our unit within an hour to fix what we had called about. There are plenty of parking spaces and the gym is always available.Property Manager Responded

July 8, 2025I know you guys are trying but as you fill these buildings, more disturbing events keep happening. Over the weekend, apparently someone let their dog defecate in one of the breezeways...still there.Dogs continue to bark on balconies with no owner interaction. Smokers can still be seen and smelled throughout the complex. We don't to be whiners but honestly are at our wits end.Property Manager Responded

June 29, 2025We Love Savio! Out of all the complexes we explored in the area — including Allure, Ceru, and Avalon — Savio stood out by far. The community, amenities, and staff truly outshined the others in every way. When we toured Allure, we noticed dog pee and poop in multiple hallway areas and even in the elevator, and the staff there was unfriendly and often unavailable. In contrast, Savio was spotless, the amenities exceeded our expectations, and the staff was welcoming and professional. We had no ...hesitation in signing a lease with Savio.
