I just renewed my lease for a second year. I have read all the reviews for this complex and the only thing I can say to that is, I've had none of those problems. You are never going to find that perfect place to live unless you live in a house in the middle of nowhere so you are going to hear other people from time to time, its called a complex for a reason. ...act like they are possessed but I know for a fact from knowing tons of people that live here that they are quick to fix things and address concerns you may have, all you have to do is ask. Katie who is the property manager is AWESOME, she has a lot to do in her day but still takes time to sit and talk with you if you need anything and always does everything she can to take care of what ever the issue is. She has been here pretty much as long as I have been here and I've been here 15 months and I also plan to renew my lease again when it is time. This complex has clean swimming pools and a hot tub, that I use all the time. The grounds are maintained every week. There is a nice dog park for those that have puppy dogs. The location is perfect, so if your looking for a wonderful place to live with a great location then stop in and see Katie, I promise you will not regret it.
