units are upgraded and in great condition. The community is safe, with only 46 units total on the property we know basically everyone there, and Park Hills Police are right down the street. We charge all tenants a $25 flat fee for water, sewer and trash, so I don’t know why the reviewer is complaining about unreasonably high water expenses. One reviewer complained about a cop car always being in the parking lot – a police officer used to live on the property. For any maintenance, you can submit work orders online through our website, track the work order's progress, and it usually gets completed as soon as possible. Also, unfortunately, I suspect the negative reviews are fake. We recently had to ask a few tenants to find another home (one tenant did not pay rent for two months and lied about having cancer; another tenant was horribly rude to neighbors and to staff). We encourage everyone to view the community for themselves and to drive through surrounding Park Hills. Prior to signing a lease, we let everyone inspect their apartment to see it was properly cleaned and ready for move-in. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

parking for everyone. I have seen cop cars in the complex on three occasions plus one other when I had to call them myself b/c a lady in one of the townhouses was threatening my neighbor and causing a disturbance. I've had packages stolen from doorstep. When I told Jason or Justin or whatever his name was that my maintenance issues hadn't been fixed and it had been over a week, he said that my "expectations were too high." Excuse me but my stove didn't work and I couldn't use the kitchen sink! Do not make my same mistake! I can't wait to get out!
