A pet interview will be required. Aquarium pets are allowed with the exception of exotic animals, including, but not limited to rodents, rabbits, and ferrets.

Very Clean and modern interiors, Apartments come with modern ceiling fans in all rooms, microwave, gas range, and dishwasher if you want. A/C is always very cold and maintenance is not an issue. If you report an issue, management has it fixed before you come from work. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service! I can only recommend living here1

October 8, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have lived her for 3 years now and the new management has greatly improved the property in less than one year. The bathroom and ceiling fans have been updated. A new microwave has been installed. There are also new window coverings. The location is great. It is close to plenty of restaurants, night life and shopping in Downtown, Uptown, and Highland Park. There is easy access to the North Dallas Tollway and all major highways. The property is Pet friendly, for those of us with fur ball ...family members. You can't beat the price, with all bills paid. During the hot summer months, my apartment is always cool at no extra charge. My budget and I couldn't be happier.Leer Más

August 20, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comOne of the best management teams to work with. Very informative and understanding. Have an issue, report, immediate fix. Have been my home for the past year. The gate needs updating, not very visitor friendly with no call box; only a key fob. Overall it's quiet and near everything in Dallas. A place you will be glad to call home.
