Perfect for young professional
September 24, 2025I am a young professional who got a job in the area (epic) and had to find an apartment in 60 days. I reached out to Hayley and she was great to work with - I wasn't able to do an inperson tour so we facetimed and she sent me lots of photos and videos for my review. The apartment was perfect for my needs. It had a washer/dryer in the unit, plenty of storage, and the location is safe and convenient to my job. I have met plenty of kind neighbors and feel really lucky to have scored this great ...apartment with short notice. September 24, 2025I lived at Siena Ridge in Verona for just over 3 years, such a wonderful property. It was close to everything: my job, my favorite restaurants and shops, and dog parks. I never really had any issues except a leaking dishwasher, which Hayley, the property manager, immediately replaced with a new one. Jose, the maintenance guy and Hayley are a great team and run this property well. Great Place To Reside
January 21, 2022I absolutely love living at Siena Ridge Apartments. The manager, Hayley, is professional and efficient and makes this property incredible. Maintenance guys, Jose and David, are prompt and wear booties and a mask when they enter - sometime I really appreciate. They always get the small work orders I request done in a timely and professional manner. I love to walk around the neighborhood, and am just so happy with my choice. I love the small town feel of Verona, the cozy neighbor, the fantastic management (Hayley is the best manager, and maintenance is taken care of promptly when needed), and my one bedroom apartment is perfect for my needs. February 17, 2020Stars: 5 I Love everything about living in Siena. It is not just an apt complex, but it is a community. Everyone is friendly, and we try to help each other as necessary. The building is very well maintained inside and out. Whenever a issue arises, I email Hayley, and the matter is taken care of promptly. Preventive maintenance is done: air filters, etc. I really like that the Apt. Manager is on site 8a to 5. Hayley's Office Door is always open and she always greets you with a smile and she knows ...our names., she welcomes positive feedback, and issues of concern. March 21, 2019My husband and I recently sold our home and moved into a townhome at Siena Ridge. The manager, Hayley, has been a gem to work with, is so kind, and very knowledgeable with any question we asked her. Great Big Apartment
March 18, 2019Siena Ridge is a truly amazing place to call home! The complex is full of friendly people, a well maintained property and large apartments. Our 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom was so spacious with a laundry room area, open concept living/kitchen/dining area and plenty of closet spaces. Quick drive to a grocery store in downtown Verona. As well as the businesses on Mckee. The property manager, Hayley, will make you feel welcome and is always quick to handle any maintenance request. February 28, 2019I rarely ever write reviews, but I have been living at Siena Ridge for a 4 years and have nothing but great things to say. Once the management changed a few years back it has been top notch ever since, it's nice to have someone in the office & someone to address concerns/problems to. Hayley is quick to respond to any emails/calls, VERY friendly & happy, and willing to help you out. My husband and I will live here until our first home purchase. I recommend over and over to all my clients ...looking to relocate and live in a safe, beautiful area in Madison or Verona.Property Manager Responded

Great Studio Apartment
January 23, 2019Working at EPIC in Verona, I was looking for a great apartment to start my new career. I scheduled a bunch of showings but the first one was with Siena Ridge. Hayley showed me a Studio apartment and I immediately knew that this place was for me. There was so many amenities that I would actually use (pool and fitness studio). She also mentioned that there was great opportunities to meet other people during the apartment's bagel mornings and yearly parties. That is such a great perk since I am new ...to the area.
