Decent vaule apartments dollars to square footage. Most of the staff is agreeable and nice. The apartment manger changes like every year. Mantince work orders often go ignored many of the apartments are poorly upkept.
The pro to the con of next to Mantince is if you are handy, they will never complain about and DIY renovations or repairs you do.
Most of the apartments have black mold. Most of the vents are broken and full of birds nests. Most of the front and back doors have broken or virtually ...
non existent weather seals. The garages are flimy and have many holes created by pests like mice and rats.
The only thing keeping this place live-able is holly the grounds Mantince lady, she is excellent but is always spread so thin. This complex would be doing excellent with 3 or 4 more employees like her.
Like I mentioned the manager changes often probably due to how much former mismanagement they are expected to correct.
I really do like the place don't get me wrong, but the quality of housing and the price of rent are unjustly mis-matched.
