Decent vaule apartments dollars to square footage. Most of the staff is agreeable and nice. The apartment manger changes like every year. Mantince work orders often go ignored many of the apartments are poorly upkept.
The pro to the con of next to Mantince is if you are handy, they will never complain about and DIY renovations or repairs you do.
Most of the apartments have black mold. Most of the vents are broken and full of birds nests. Most of the front and back doors have broken or virtually ...
non existent weather seals. The garages are flimy and have many holes created by pests like mice and rats.
The only thing keeping this place live-able is holly the grounds Mantince lady, she is excellent but is always spread so thin. This complex would be doing excellent with 3 or 4 more employees like her.
Like I mentioned the manager changes often probably due to how much former mismanagement they are expected to correct.
I really do like the place don't get me wrong, but the quality of housing and the price of rent are unjustly mis-matched.

moved here with my family from MO almost a year ago and since then it’s just pest problems left and right (ants, flies, wasps) but the biggest one of all is MICE. We moved in back in Oct 2020 and started having mice issues in March 2021. And since then it has been non stop! They’re in my living room and kitchen mostly ?. Probably have caught around 10-11 mice and still counting. I call the landlord and the most she tells me is to get traps. I even call the regional manager, NOTHING. They told ...
me they would reach out to a pest control company to come inspect, still NOTHING. I knew they weren’t going to call anyway. Just a waste of time and breath. DO NOT recommend. Worst part is that I have 2 toddlers and an infant and I don’t even allow them to play hardly downstairs because of it. Also people with pets around here don’t clean up after them… also we were told that the lease would be 12 months with the first month rent being free, THATS A LIE. They tack on that free month at the end of your lease, so really it’s a 13 month lease. Finishing out these last couple months but not by choice.

At first silver maple seemed like a great place to live, but as we lived here, more and more things showed themselves to be an issue. For one, the floors are rotting and depressions in the floor can be felt all over. Our bathroom in particular felt like it was one trip or harsh step away from giving out. There seemed to be a persistent gnat issue as well. No matter how much we bleached the drains, kept dishes clean and out of the sink, policed the trash, left out gnat traps, etc, there always ...
seems to be gnats. We even gassed the entire apartment and they still came back. HVAC is old and ineffective, as we had a good 3 weeks in summer without AC, making life miserable while silver maple dragged their feet in fixing it. Roving staff will place stickers right on your car window that are a pain to remove for minor parking infractions rather than call/email you, and when you work from home during the COVID19 lockdown, it was only chance that I went outside and saw the sticker before my car was towed. In fact, the staff is passive-aggressive in their duties, preferring to leave door hangers with demeaning messages rather than call you about issues. I've lived in some scummy places before, but silver maple is by far the worst.

Only showed us the model and duped us into moving into one of the apartments with a short driveway (others fit two cars). There are no 2 car garages either. Revolving door of employees (3 leasing agents in 6 months). Walls are incredibly thin. We can smell marijuana seeping through everyday! Maintenance is only on site 2 days a week, takes 5 weeks to get an order completed. Cheap doors, flooring, carpet, etc. They even charge a monthly community utility charge with no community clubhouse or other ...
amenity? Rent payment portal charges extra fees for credit/debit cards. Considering how close to a trailer park and trashy single-owned properties this is, I can't believe we moved here. Incredibly expensive to break the lease so we'll finish it out but not willingly.

We have lived at Silver Maple apartments for 7 months and everything has been wonderful! The neighborhood is quiet with mature trees and is kept clean and neat. The neighbors are friendly and there's a nice playground for kids. Our town house was newly renovated with beautiful flooring and cabinets. Melissa, in the office is very friendly and attentive and takes care of any calls/requests right away. The maintenance staff is awesome- they are friendly when they come in to check smoke detectors ...
and replace furnace filters. They quickly handle maintenance requests and go above and beyond to make sure things are done well. I would recommend Silver Maple to anyone!

My boyfriend and I have recently moved here, and we are overall happy with the apartment. The apartment is spacious, and our bedroom closet is enormous. It's a great neighborhood that has a lot of kids. We only drive 5 minutes to go to our closest Kroger and Walmart (which are right beside each other). And it's only a short 15-20 minute drive from Polaris pkwy.
The only down side about the apartment itself is that we could tell some things were just sloppily thrown together last minute and it ...
takes a while before the staff get back to you about fixing things. The neighborhood dogs are friendly, but the some of the pet owners are too lazy to clean up after their dogs (even though Silver Maple provides doggy bag stations).
But overall, we are satisfied with Silver Maple, the neighbors, and it's location.

My Fiance and I moved here last November and we love it. The Apartment we are currently renting is lovely. The day we moved in it was nice and clean and ready for us to make it our home. We had some problems with the plumbing at first but the maintenance staff was wonderful and attentive and fixed it quickly for us. I have found the office staff to be very disconnected. It is difficult to contact the staff, and when you do get a hold of someone, they will put off the problem or ignore your request. The apartment itself is a great size and I like the set up. But neighbors make a whole lot of difference. Loud neighbors, inconsiderate and messy neighbors, intoxicated neighbors. There are always kids in the parking lots throwing things or running in front of cars.

My wife and I have lived here for a year now and love the location. Very quiet and peaceful. Any issues we have had have been handled fast and efficiently . The ladies in the office are super. I would recommend The Woods at Polaris to anyone wanting quiet living and handy location.
