February 28, 2025My one year here has proven safe. Quiet and well maintained. The personnel and staff. Are seasoned and know how to address issues and assert to rules , regulations and whatever variables present beyond maintenance etcetera. And without intrusion nor over reaction. Immediate solutions seem to be of an essence. And consistency prevails. This is a nice safe place to live. Good location. And a fresh breeze comes through from the Pacific at least once a day. I hope to be here sixteen more months ...before I am off to and back to my house and small business in my home town. Greater San Diego County.Property Manager Responded

Photos dont match physical appearance
July 7, 2024A review below mentions that this place is aged and has been painted many times, which is an accurate assessment. The photos shown in the listing are a MISREPRESENTATION of the physical state of these apartments, which have loose cabinets, running paint, old appliances, and a general appearance as if the units are not well cared for. At this time, at least 8 (2) bedroom units are listed, which makes sense once you compare the photos to the unit in person.Property Manager Responded

January 18, 2024Soft Wind Point Apartments is a nice, quiet, and affordable place to live. You will probably see comments about problems or issues at/with Soft Wind Point, but you will find those with about any apartment complex that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’ve lived here for over 10 years and just signed my 11th lease. It’s on a quiet street across from a canyon that creates the best cool breezes to go with the beautiful sunsets you see since it’s perched on a hill. It’s not perfect, but it checks off a ...lot of boxes. Plus, it’s really affordable and the office staff and maintenance workers are great.Property Manager Responded
