I would recommend this property for an elderly group of people to live here. My neighbor that live under me always complain about me walking around. I pay rent just like you do sir and I WILL TIE TOE around because it's uncomfortable for you. Random people will knock on your door to tell you to keep the noise down when you absolutely have no one in the apartment but yourself. ...like office "literally just walked in the door moments before you arrived" that was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. The parking is crazy. It makes plenty of sense for each resident to have at least one guest parking decal per household. Well, guess what , you only have 24 guest parking spots and you have to constantly get them validated at the office during office hours which is from 9am to 6pm. How in the world am I supposed to be at work and trying to rent a parking pass for my guest at the same time That's insane. If you're working in the corporate world, just go ahead and choose the next choice you have. You will have to take off work just to get a parking pass validation for your guest. So unfortunate. I honestly thought it was going to be a great experience with Accent but it's been a hot mess since I've moved in. Lack of communication. They overbook the move-in elevator. People can still use the elevator even though moving in and depending on where the person goes, the elevator will get stuck there. You will have to place blue clues on every floor until you find the elevator and take it back down to the ground floor (very inconsiderate of timing - if you're renting a truck by the hour) you might as well rent it by the day. 24 parking spots, If my family comes to visit in two cars, they can't come to my apartment because I can only have one car at a time. this makes me upset and angry. I honestly can not wait until my lease is up and I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
