I found the apartments to be entirely too small, if you was placed in building two or three you will have to walk down the block to get to building warrant to use the pool and other amenities like the gym I found that to be ridiculous. I asked for an apartment and building one I was told that the elevator goes out quite often if I'm on a higher floors I had to be repaired to climb stairs daily. Good looking unit, poor living experience

I've been here for a year and some change now. For the most part the units are great. Although mine came with INACTIVE ethernet ports that I had to pay to activate. Rarely ever hear my neighbors. Except stomping. ALWAYS report it if it's excessive.
The community needs work. A lot of people don't pick up after their pets. Elevator breaks down often and takes forever to be fixed. Hallways and stairwells are never cleaned which had a huge wasp problem all summer 2025.

nice and understanding, but the staff seems standoffish which makes it hard to approach them about anything. Had a huge problem with packages this year, and instead of fixing the mailroom's door and cameras because the cameras don't work, they made us subscribe to Fetch instead.
All in all, not the worst place I've lived, but can be better.

I wouldn't recommend moving here at all UNLESS you want to live somewhere that could care less about you existence. From various elevators and doorways only working a few days out the month, I am goin on my 4th month of power being out in various areas of my apartment if not off completely. The leasing office apparently isn't liable to provide livable conditions. I was told that 22 units have faulty power, and you're liable for none of those at all? Interesting..

My Tour here was amazing. Morgan was very informative and listened to all my needs. I was torn between floorplans and Morgan helped guide my decision to what would best fit my needs and keep me under my price range. The community looked well maintained throughout the tour and the inside of apartments was even better.

The apartments itself are nice and updated. It’s the community that needs work! Hallways are dirty, especially the first floor. When I first moved here last year, they would paint and clean the floors. Now it’s like they gave up. Residents and guests all do what they want. Elevator is stink and filthy (don’t touch the buttons) and it needs to be scrubbed down. If you’re a person who is a germaphobe, this is not the place for you! 0 Stars if I could !!! This place is absolutely trash! The staff is beyond rude. In fact, the original staff under the original management was so nice and helpful to residents you wouldn’t believe the overnight comparison. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else. Btw, Your guest shouldn’t have to pay to visit you.

I would recommend this property for an elderly group of people to live here. My neighbor that live under me always complain about me walking around. I pay rent just like you do sir and I WILL TIE TOE around because it's uncomfortable for you. Random people will knock on your door to tell you to keep the noise down when you absolutely have no one in the apartment but yourself. The neighbors have called the police on me and the officers have walked in asking if I had noise complaint going on, I'm ...
like office "literally just walked in the door moments before you arrived" that was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. The parking is crazy. It makes plenty of sense for each resident to have at least one guest parking decal per household. Well, guess what , you only have 24 guest parking spots and you have to constantly get them validated at the office during office hours which is from 9am to 6pm. How in the world am I supposed to be at work and trying to rent a parking pass for my guest at the same time That's insane. If you're working in the corporate world, just go ahead and choose the next choice you have. You will have to take off work just to get a parking pass validation for your guest. So unfortunate. I honestly thought it was going to be a great experience with Accent but it's been a hot mess since I've moved in. Lack of communication. They overbook the move-in elevator. People can still use the elevator even though moving in and depending on where the person goes, the elevator will get stuck there. You will have to place blue clues on every floor until you find the elevator and take it back down to the ground floor (very inconsiderate of timing - if you're renting a truck by the hour) you might as well rent it by the day. 24 parking spots, If my family comes to visit in two cars, they can't come to my apartment because I can only have one car at a time. this makes me upset and angry. I honestly can not wait until my lease is up and I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. 1.The property is poorly maintained (Dirty breezeways, dogs poop anywhere and doesn’t get cleaned up for days, management only concerned with money)
2.The Callbox is broken almost weekly
3.Parking is a mess and you basically cannot have guests unless you tell them during office hours
Only good thing about this place is the maintenance team.
