Wow what a amazing upgrade and transformation
December 28, 2025South Hills Apartments is a great location. Near 480. Across the street from little coffee shops. Brand new parking lot, brand new carpet lights and laundry rooms. And the units are all remodeled with shaker cabinets butcher block tops and new appliances new flooring and paint. Wow what a amazing upgrade and transformation since new property manager took over in June 2025.Property Manager Responded

We're especially proud of the unit remodels featuring the shaker cabinets, butcher block countertops, new appliances, fresh flooring, and paint that have completely transformed the living spaces. Your feedback about our convenient location near 480 and across from the charming little coffee shops really means a lot to us.
