On September 21st, we acquired the apartment key and began moving our belongings, including 7-8 handbags, into our room. We secured our previous residence and departed. In addition, we had paid extra for a reserved parking space, but upon our arrival in the evening with additional luggage, we found that our designated parking spot had been taken by some other car. Despite being informed that security would be present after working hours, there was no one available to assist us. To further exacerbate the situation, at around 11:05 PM, we encountered a strange individual loitering within the property. When I approached him, he identified himself as the security guard, whose shift was to begin at 11:30 PM. This was our first day in the new apartment, and the experience was thoroughly unsettling and disappointing due to the ineffective management.
