    I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it a really comfortable place to come home to. Management has been responsive when needed, and the property stays clean and organized. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant place to live.

    Nice and renovated. Quiet neighborhood. Repairs completed in a timely manner. Sometimes there’s no close parking and upstairs neighbors are loud but that is expected with apartment living

    I have lived in Southfield Apartments for over a decade. I have seen many different faces on the property team, some good...some not so good. The current team is one of the best we have ever had. From the property managers to leasing agent to maintenance staff. They go above and beyond for the residents and the property. Having staff that cares about more than a paycheck is necessary when dealing with people's homes. All issues are addressed timely and if cannot be repaired immediately, it is ...

    It has been months since the pipe has broken and water has accumulated in the parking lot. Now it is leaking into apartments and the parking lot is freezing up. This has created a very dangerous situation for the residents. Management doesn’t seem to care at all. How long will this go on? Ir is a horrible situation. DO SOMETHING!!!!

A water main repair is a large and complex job, and we have been working with multiple contractors to accurately locate the leak and gather the proper proposals so that the scope of work is thorough, safe, and effective. We assure you that management does care, this is exactly why we’ve had contractors on site investigating the issue and preparing the best plan of action for long-term repair and working closing with our ownership for a timely response. Additionally, our maintenance team is treating the area on a daily basis and added signage in that area as a precaution for the residents.     This place is honestly frustrating. They only seem to care about one group of people, and the rest of us get ignored. They force you to pay $20 for someone to take out your trash when you can easily do it yourself. The parking is terrible — there should at least be assigned spots so every household gets one. There’s even a handicap space that never gets used while the rest of us have to park super far away. Most nights I’m parking by the leasing office instead of anywhere near my door. I’ve also ...
    been waiting months for my situation to be resolved, and still nothing. Maintenance will come in, say something is fixed, and then you come home to find out it’s still not done. Overall, the communication and the service here are really disappointing.

    Living here has been pretty good, however we have notice the shift in residents. Seem like much younger families with lots kids. My building and staff are pretty good. Quite few neighbors allow dogs poop on grass and leave when plenty of doggie bags on property.

    Lived here for years and have had no real issues. The foundation is paper-thin, though; it feels like we have roommates and not neighbors. The staff is friendly. The appliances could use some updating.
