The apartments decent and well-maintained, location is optimal because it is close to everything. The maintenance team most especially (shoutout to Sylvester and Angelo!!) are respectful, courteous and gets the job done quickly, not just on the most recent job but always. I've been living here since 2022, the property management (Hi, Allie!) is also easy to talk to if there are any issues that need ...attention. January 30, 2026I enjoy the monthly calendar that is posted by the mailbox area to keep residents informed and connected. Additionally, Southfield does a great job of having celebrations for residents. My family looks forward to the Holiday Party every year.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2026I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it a really comfortable place to come home to. Management has been responsive when needed, and the property stays clean and organized.
