Tenemos varios planos de planta para elegir, junto con un hermoso entorno junto al río. Disfruta de un lugar privado con comodidades de estilo centro turístico, como una piscina espectacular, un spa relajante y un gimnasio de última generación y un parque para perros moderno completamente nuevo. Nuestro atento equipo de administración está a tu disposición en las instalaciones. Llama para una cita hoy mismo. Nuestros exclusivos lofts, estudios, apartamentos de una y dos habitaciones ofrecen una excelente selección de atractivas opciones para satisfacer tus necesidades. Nuestro complejo estilo centro turístico está ubicado en una conveniente área de la ciudad, cerca de la I-80, Sunrise Mall, tiendas, restaurantes y escuelas. Cuando presentes tu solicitud, deberás pagar una tarifa de solicitud de $50 por persona y una tarifa de reserva de $150, y esta tarifa no es reembolsable. Esta tarifa de reserva no es reembolsable si cancelas tu solicitud debido a la evaluación o por cualquier razón. ¡No hay excepciones! Por ejemplo, si tu solicitud regresa aprobada con condiciones que requieren un depósito superior o cofirmante y no puedes cumplir con estos requisitos. O si tu evaluación se devuelve denegada. Si tu evaluación se devuelve, el historial de alquiler y empleo es bueno, deberás pagar un depósito regular. June 24, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comWe lived here for just 2 years and the leasing office had the most amazing staff. Piper and Gordana are wonderful and incredibly courteous. Anything we needed, they were just a call or email away. I can't even describe how professional, responsive, and accommodating Gordana is. She took care of 95% of our needs and is truly a sweetheart. Rest assured if you live here, she will absolutely take care of you and will continue to advocate for your comfort and peace of mind. Whether it's scheduling ...pest control visits or maintenance visits Spring Creek has you covered and is a wonderful place to make your next home. Also, its conveniently located off of Greenback Lane so there are a wide plethora of amenities and shopping outlets all within 5 mins of each other, Costco is also 5 mins away off of Auburn. Living here has truly been a delight and we will miss it, we're sad to say good-bye for now.Leer Más
my experience
June 14, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comI lived here for only 6 months before I couldn’t take it anymore. This is the shortest time I’ve leased at an apartment complex. My lease here was for a year and ends in December but unfortunately I can’t do it here any longer. the apartments themselves are decent and not an issue. This is not the place for you if you aren’t fond of constant construction and loud noise. My neighbors since the day I moved in have been outrageously loud and rude. blasting music the moment it hits 10-1015 as well as ...there children screaming, parties being had late at night , stomping , running around, tv blaring through the wall and constantly mean mugging my camera, banging on the walls at 4 am. That’s not to include the standing outside my door and talking about me. (I have friends that speak Spanish) I reported my neighbors to the management team and they simply told me that they are not the type of complex to deal with this behavior from such tenants. So I was simply happy to have them deal with the problems so that we could all move on. I had simply explained to them that I did not want to complain, but that I was not able to continue to tolerate the loud noises being let out at night. The problem was never dealt with. They ended up telling me that because there was more of them than me ( I am a single person) that’s why they are loud. definitely a violation of my lease. September 3, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comThese apartments are the best I've lived at. anytime I had a maintenance request, it was immediately addressed. super pet friendly. the only downfall is they are removing a lot of the grass and trees and putting the fake grass in. they removed some much loved shade and the new fake grass makes the place look kind of cheap. for the most part the place is quiet. the apartments are modern and beautiful. parking is close and assigned with guest parking. February 13, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comComplex is beautiful! Construction workers even works on Saturday and sometimes on Sunday! Lots of upgrades. Loved my small studio unit in the back by the playground and creek. Lots of wildlife, white heron, ducks, squirrels and a red tail Hawk. I shared the upstairs landing with the neighbors from hell. Noisy, loud, shouting, conversation late night outside my door and window. She believes she lives upstairs by herself. Inconsiderate and invading of others space. January 7, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.com•I’ve lived here about 1.5 years. The first month was nice, quiet. However, after a month... -Noise from the upstairs tenants hard walking was/is very loud since there’s no carpet upstairs. -The next door neighbors moved in; then much fighting began - screaming foul language and domestic abuse has gone on frequently, and I have had to call the sheriff a few times. But it still continued. -Smoking either marijuana or cigarettes comes through the vents into my apartment, causing me migraine ...headaches, and sinus respiratory (including asthma) issues and sickness/problems. As part of all tenants leases, smoking of anything - cigarettes, marijuana, etc.- inside any apartments- is strictly prohibited. I have reported it to management so many times, yet the problem continues. I’ve been told that my complaint and my word (even with guests in my home who have smelled it too), is not enough and that if I smell it; because they need an outside entity other than me, to confirm that there is smoke, hence I was told to call the property security night patrol for them to come out right away after I smelled the smoke and called them, right away, for them to check it out promptly and in real time, as a witness to the smoke. I’ve done this however, to no avail. I’ve recently had to buy an expensive air purifier for my apartment so I don’t get sick from the smoke.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

I am a single mom and am sometimes more then not late with rent, and they are always willing to be patient and work with me. I love my cute little apartment ! It fits my needs for me and my son. December 4, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have lived here for over 10 years and love it. Have never had any problems concerning crime or bad neighbors. Moving into a new upgraded apartment in 2 months and the management team is going to make the whole process go smoothly, which is always nice. Special shout out to Brenda and Tammy from the management team...they are always nice and make sure anything I need gets handled as fast as possible. Absolutely great place to live!!

May 10, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comI would say after three years of living here to look elsewhere. Unless you don't mind your repairs not happening, your appointments with them to be cancelled, or your stuff to be stolen off your patio. There are always homeless people in the garbage making a mess and management refuses to put a stop to it. Just a bad place to live in general.Property Manager Responded

I am so sorry that SpringCreek fell short of your expectations.We really try to accomidate all of residents when we are not given permission to enter on a work order request so that we can take care of your request propmtley.As far as the the homeless going through the dumpster enclosures unfortunately it is out of our control. We do offer courtesy patrol that you are welcomed to call from 6pm-6am.I have really enjoyed having you as a resident, and I wish you the best on your next adventure. Quiet and Comfy
February 22, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have lived at Spring Creek for a couple of years and have seen a lot of changes. I love my apt it is super cute and the price is not bad. The location is amazing. As for the Office Staff I have to say that they are the best we had. The are kind and always willing to help.
