When I was inquiring about living at sterling fifth street in November 2020, I encountered an enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful staff. I would usually speak with Linh and Damon. At the time I was not able to move in for personal reasons. It was until August 2020 that I moved in that I got to fully experience all that Sterling has to offer. Some of the things that I really appreciate are
1. Friendly staff: staff are so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. It also helps that most of them are
...students or were once students, hence they are also more relatable to.
2. Management staff: the management staff is phenomenal. Raul and Gerardo are great at what they do! They usually fix maintenance problems within 24-48 hours (which is super impressive). At my old place it would take forever to get something fixed.
3. The amenities: the amenities are very modern and amazing. I think that the facility is also very clean and well kept. I especially enjoy the various study rooms around the apartment buildings and at the clubhouse! The pool is also super nice!
4. Safety: the complex is gated and only residents have keys that allow access to buildings. Moreover you need your key to enter the building from the garage, which is also gated and closed off.
5. COVID-19 Safety measures: everyone from the staff is super keen on following all current COVID-19 protocols and guidelines. Moreover there are lots of signs around the facility reminding folks of the guidelines.
Overall sterling fifth is an amazing complex. It is often very rare to find a complex that is modern and that has a phenomenal staff. I would highly recommend living at sterling fifth street, especially for UCD Students.
