If you care about anything other than price, you will not move here. There are roaches and bedbugs, they take days to shovel sidewalks if they do it at all, our trash has not been taken out for a week, we haven't had hot water for almost a week in the dead of winter, the office never answers calls. This place is genuinely disgusting. There are stains absolutely everywhere, people don't pick up their pets' waste. You 100% will see cockroaches and bedbugs if you move here, it is not a maybe. Please ...
reconsider and just go somewhere else

We lived there for a year. It was very dirty, and the corridors smelled awful. There was no hot water or heating for several days. The building was infested with cockroaches. They didn't return our security deposit, even though they said they would return it in six months.

Common areas were gross

Lived here in 2021, the unit itself was decent and the women that used to work there were amazing, however there was always this yellow stuff that would leak from the ceilings and walls in the bathroom every time I showered. The trash room, and stair wells were always disgusting and the hallway carpets were never really properly cleaned often. They advertise community rooms, and fire pits, but the fire pit never worked cause they lost the remote to start it up and never bothered to do anything ...
about it and the community rooms have been closed off since covid started and according to friends that still live there, have never been reopened. There is broken/missing tiles, major staining, and dead lights in the hallways, there is always at least one elevator broken at all times. For almost the entire month of November 2025 they had absolutely no hot water and when they finally got it back it wasn't even hot enough to shower with until around Christmas. They were only given $75 off rent after a month of no hot water in the middle of winter. I would highly recommend avoiding this place until/if they ever get their act together. It has been slipping for a long time an almost nothing has changed.

The apartments are really nice, convenient, and affordable. They pay for most of my utilities including heat. Summit ridge is close to shopping. The office staff is very helpful, informative, and goes out of their way to help you. I have good neighbors and have made wonderful friendships here.

Office staff is super friendly and helpful! They are pet friendly so I get to keep my dog! They pay for my heat and gas cooking stove! My apt is updated and beautiful!

My father was a resident here until he had to be moved to a nursing home, the staff was very helpful in the process and offered many helpful suggestions during the process of moving him out. My father loved living at chapel hill towers and was so sad to have to move. They seem to really care for their residents as my father loved living there for the many years that he did.
